Custom Created Spreadsheets:
In many cases, individuals and businesses alike have unique requirements. They will need something tracked or some kind of data reviewed that does not exist elsewhere. In cases like this, I start from scratch and create a spreadsheet designed specifically to meet those requirements.
Customized Spreadsheets:
There are times, however, where I may already have a pre-designed spreadsheet that would better suit your situation. Sometimes these sheets might be a perfect match just as they are, or I may have to customize the existing sheet to better fit your project.

How Does This Work?:
- You and I would arrange an initial FREE Consultation, either in person, by phone, or via email to determine if a spreadsheet would be the best fit to meet your needs.
- If a spreadsheet is right for your needs, I will estimate how many hours of work will be needed to create/customize your sheet.
- If the project is completed sooner than anticipated, then payment for services would be adjusted accordingly.
- My current rate is $25 per hour and the quote will be my current rate multiplied by the number of estimated hours. Requesting additional features during the course of the project may incur additional billable hours.
- Upon initial completion, a password-protected draft will be emailed to you for your review. If an initial agreed-upon feature doesn’t work as expected, let me know and I will work to correct the issue until we agree that the project is complete.
- If the final project needs revisions/adjustments within the first 30 days after our completion agreement, the rate would drop to $15/hour and another estimate will be provided before work commences. After 30 days, changes will be billed at full current rate.
- You will not pay more than the amount quoted except as described above.
- An Invoice will be generated and sent to you once the project has been completed. Balances that are not paid by due date on invoice are subject to a recurring monthly late fee of 3% or $5.00, whichever is larger, until balance is paid in full.
- Payments methods accepted:
Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover. Credit Card payments must be made
through www.paypal.com.
Tutoring Services Also Available:
Tutoring services for MS Excel are also available! We can meet at the venue of your choosing - whether it's a residence, an apartment complex's community center, or at the neighborhood coffee shop/internet café. My tutoring rate is $25 per hour, but discounted rates will be entertained for current and past spreadsheet clients.
